Mini RVC

This is my very first time making Red Velvet Cupcakes. I was so nervous, because I only used whisker for combining the whole ingredients. I think it’s time for me to buy a mixer, since I started to bake regularly now *pokes hubby*

Well, at first, I found this recipe at Slesta’s blog. Then Meta told me that I can make it without mixer. Ah, Meta..you know me so well

For the creame cheese frosting, I got the recipe from Otty. I just combine all of the ingredients with a blender

Yess, I was a lil bit frustated making this cupcakes. But, it turned out quite good. I love the recipe. Thanks to my friends
